Refund Policy

Return refunds must meet all the following conditions:


  • Refunds are applicable for returns initiated within 14 calendar days of delivery, as outlined in our policy.

  • Products malfunctioning due to quality issues (e.g., non-functional portable TV) for returns.

  • Returned items must be in pristine condition: original tags/packaging intact, free of damage, wear, or alterations.

  • All components (accessories, included items) must accompany the return.

  • Complimentary gifts (freebies) must remain unused and unopened, in their original state.

  • Pre-approval required: Unauthorized returns (sent without prior notification) are ineligible for refunds.

  • Orders rejected during shipping and returned to us incur a 30% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.

  • Refunds for non-defective returns (e.g., change of mind) are subject to the above conditions.

  • For assistance, contact our team before initiating returns to ensure compliance.


Note that we do not accept returns or refunds for the following  issues:


  • The product has been received for more than 30 days, the product cannot be returned.

  • The product was purchased from non-GFF channels.

  • The product returned to GFF does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or items that were damaged due to improper use.

  • The product is found to be free of defects after all appropriate tests.

  • Failure or damage is caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage, such as: 

    · improper handling;

    · Use the product for illegal purposes;

    · improper plugging or unplugging of external devices;

    · drops or improper external crash;

    · exposure to improper temperatures, solvents, acids, alkalis, water intrusion, etc;

    · infestation of insects and rodents or intrusion of foreign objects resulting in the breakage, dust, damage of the product or parts (such as housing, components, wiring, etc.), etc.


  • Failure or damage is caused by any installation, repair, alteration, addition or disassembly by agencies or personnel who are not authorized by GFF.

  • Damage is caused by uncontrollable external events (fire, flood, strong wind or thunderstorm).

  • The product received fails to be sent back to GFF within seven (7) calendar days after GFF confirms the replacement request.


You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returned items, and shipping costs will not be refunded. You do not have to bear the handling fee for returns.

Please provide us the tracking number after sending the return package, you can choose any shipping method you like. You are 100% responsible for the return until we receive the return package and find it eligible for return.

Once the package is received and confirmed to be defect-free, we will give you a refund within 1-3 business days.

Under normal circumstances, the refund time is 1-7 working days. It is normal for refunds received by different payment channels to be delayed to varying degrees; the actual date of receipt of the refund shall prevail. Refunds are usually returned to your original payment method account. You are not responsible for the processing fee for the refund.
