GFF-AI.COM has studios in Hong Kong, China, Shenzhen, China, and Los Angeles, USA. We support free shipping to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Europe, but temporarily do not support shipping to India and South Africa.


You can enjoy free shipping on any order you place.


Delivery Time


The delivery time is based on the average delivery time that we have rigorously estimated for many years of processing customer orders. GFF® does not make any guarantees for the delivery time of all orders.


We offer you the following two shipping methods:


  • Standard Free Shipping: 10-15 working days

  • Paid Express Shipping: 3-7 working days ($XXXUSD)


Usually, Standard Free Shipping is the default option, which you can choose at checkout if you want. Shipping costs will appear on your payment list.


Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days.


After we ship, we will email you the tracking number of the package from the logistics company. Depending on the selected logistics company, there may be a one business day delay between when we send the order and when we get the tracking number. If you have not received our tracking number, you can contact us at info@gff-ai.com.


About tax
